Call open until positions are filled
The home institution is responsible for nominating the candidates for each mobility by communicating the names of the candidates to the host institution.
The selection of candidates is entirely at the discretion of the home institution.
The home institution (International Relations Office or other relevant department/person) must provide the following information in the nomination email to the UP by the deadline - Name and surname of the candidate; - Position of the candidate; - Contact details. Proposed mobility agreements - Staff mobility agreement must be included in the nomination email.
The University of Primorska will then review the nominated candidates from all partner universities and prepare a final list of candidates. If more candidates apply than there are places available, the faculties of the University of Primorska will take into account the mobility programme and decide on the final list of candidates on the basis of - the self-initiative of the candidate (priority will be given to staff who have already made contact with the University of Primorska and obtained an invitation); - additionally (priority will be given to teaching staff - providing relevant content for the University of Primorska's students in accordance with the curriculum and the internationalisation strategy as approved by the host institution).
Before the mobility starts, the selected candidates will also be required to submit the following information and documents: - bank details (bank account, transaction number, address of bank branch), if they will be reimbursed for their expenses
